The villa is located on the first hill above Malcesine , in a panoramic but isolated and quiet area, able to guarantee maximum privacy and breathtaking views.

You enter a small hallway that leads directly to the living room where we find the dining table, the sofa and the fireplace and the large kitchenette equipped with everything you need. From the large windows you enter the large porch furnished with dining table and sofas and you can enjoy the view of the garden, the swimming pool and the hot tub .

From this area you can access the large triple room with private bathroom and a small closet.

A staircase descends into the tavern where there is a bathroom, a laundry room and a large room equipped with a kitchenette to organize parties and events even with many people. Here we also find a double sofa bed. The other staircase leads us to the first floor where there is the main room with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. From here the view of the garden, the swimming pool and the lake is truly exciting.

Outside we find an annex with double bed and single bed with private bathroom.

A completely fenced garden of about 1500 square meters surrounds the villa which has a garage for two cars, sauna , barbecue , and pizza oven .

The property is served by satellite TV and WiFi connection and air conditioning .Towels and sheets are provided, with weekly change, included in the price.
