The villa is located on the first hill above Malcesine , in a panoramic but isolated and quiet area, able to guarantee maximum privacy and breathtaking views.
You enter a small hallway that leads directly to the living room where we find the dining table, the sofa and the fireplace and the large kitchenette equipped with everything you need. From the large windows you access the large porch furnished with dining table and sofas and you can enjoy a view of the garden, the swimming pool and the whirlpool .
From this area you access the large triple room with private bathroom and a small closet.
A staircase descends to the tavern where there is a bathroom, a laundry room and a large room equipped with a kitchenette to organize parties and events also with many people. Here we also find a double sofa bed. The other staircase leads us to the first floor where there is the main room with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. From here the view of the garden, the swimming pool and the lake is truly exciting.
Outside there is an annex with double bed and single bed with private bathroom.
A fully enclosed garden of about 1500 SQM surrounds the villa which has a garage for two cars, a sauna , a barbecue , and a pizza oven .
The property is served by satellite TV and WiFi and air conditioning .Towels and sheets are provided, changed weekly, included in the price.
