Villa Fuzzys is an old farmhouse renovated with great care and attention to detail to transform it into a splendid rustic.

It is located on the first hill above Malcesine , in a panoramic but isolated and quiet area, able to guarantee maximum privacy and breathtaking views. Malcesine can be reached with a beautiful 25 minute walk.

The refined and design furniture creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will give you a feeling of great comfort making you feel at home.

Villa Fuzzys consists of two separate apartments, able to accommodate a total of 12 adults distributed on two double beds, 4 single beds and two sofa beds.

From the entrance gate a dirt path leads up to the covered parking and then two short stairways covered in natural stone lead to the garden where you can tan in the sun or relax in the shade of the olive trees.

Here is the hot tub and the entrance to the APT 2 apartment of about 75 square meters.

We are located directly in a large room furnished with kitchen, dining table for 7 people and sofa bed.

From this room you can access the double bedroom, the bathroom, and the bedroom with two single beds.
A garden of about 1500 square meters completely fenced and furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers surrounds the villa and offers panoramic views of the lake and Mount Baldo.

The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price, no drinks or food are provided.

The kitchens, dining tables, lamps and some accessories will be replaced by April 2022.

In November 2022 the 7X3.5 mt swimming pool will be built.
