Villa Greghe-Luxury and comfort with swimming pool

On the first hill of Lazise there is Villa Greghe, a large and modern structure just finished and equipped with every comfort.

The villa has a swimming pool with hydro-massage area (heated from 15.04 to 30.10), a completely fenced garden with barbecue and a fully furnished patio for dining outside or relaxing in the sun.

A car park with a shade shelter and a storage room for bicycles and other leisure items.

Charging stations for cars, with power up to 5KW, and e-bikes are available free of charge.

Inside, on the ground floor, we find a large living room/kitchen with a large sofa that can accommodate one person for the night and a service bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for every need.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, while a second double bedroom and one with two single beds sharing the second bathroom.

From the first floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and a glimpse of the lake.

Only small pets (15 kg) are allowed

The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

Villa Greghe is a luxurious villa set in a very quiet and private residential context. The villa is suitable for groups and families looking for a relaxing holiday who love tranquility and respect that of others.
IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS LOOKING FOR RUNNY FUN.

No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

5 bicycles are available free of charge.

Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm.

For check-in after hours a contribution of 30.00 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.

Pets are allowed upon payment of 100 euros for the entire duration of the stay, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
