On the first hill of Lazise is Villa Greghe, a large and modern structure that has just been completed and is equipped with every comfort.

The villa has a swimming pool with hydro-massage area, a completely enclosed garden with barbecue and patio furnished for outdoor dining, a car park with a shady canopy and a shed for bicycles and other leisure items.

Charging stations for cars, with power up to 5KW, and e-bikes are available free of charge.

Inside, on the ground floor, we find a large living room/kitchen with a large sofa that can accommodate one person for the night and a service bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for every need.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, while a second double bedroom and one with two single beds share the second bathroom.

From the first floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and the lake.

Only small pets are allowed (15 kg)

The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

Villa Greghe is a luxurious villa set in a very quiet and reserved residential area. The villa is suitable for groups and families looking for a relaxing holiday who love peace and respect that of others.

No type of drinks or food or consumables are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

Check-in is from 16.00 to 20.00. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.

Check-out is before 10:00.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
