On the ground floor there is a large living room, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a comfortable pull-out double bed and a large bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is the bedroom with a double bed and, on the large terrace, the luxurious stainless steel hydromassage tub.

A large, fully fenced garden and shared swimming pool complete the property.

The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the shores of the lake, the motorway toll booths and the romantic city of Verona.

Spas, water and amusement parks are just a few minutes' drive from the property.

The Villa is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm. For check-in after hours a contribution of 30.00 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
