It is located in Spiazzi, on the hills in the hinterland of Lake Garda, just above the town of Caprino Veronese, the spaces are large both inside and outside and from the large terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Baldo and the valley below with Lake Garda in the distance.

Outside we find the garden, private parking and swimming pool which are shared with the owners.

The villa consists of 2 apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners.

The apartment for rent, located on the first floor, features 2 large double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, one with shower and bathtub, large kitchen with fireplace, 2 dining areas inside as well as one outside and the living room with fireplace.

The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the shores of the lake, the motorway toll booths and the romantic city of Verona.

Spas, water and amusement parks are just a few minutes' drive from the property.

The Villa is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of drinks or food and no consumables are provided (soaps, shampoos, etc....)

Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
