Villa Al Parco Antico - Central house

Villa Al Parco Antico is a complex consisting of a tower from the 1600s, a main building from the 1700s and rustic buildings, now renovated for residential use. The tower overlooks the only road in the area with access to Lake Garda, then called Via Gardesana di Terra, a road that joined Bardolino with Via Gardesana dell'Acqua. The tower's function was to collect duties for the transit of goods.

The villa is surrounded by an English-style park, with numerous centuries-old cedars. The old ice house and the Colombara, a rare late 19th century octagonal structure on several floors, where farmyard animals were housed, are located in the park.

At the back of the villa, at the foot of the olive grove, there are the "three houses", once rural buildings (barn, shelter for goods, carriages and horses). The complex stands at the foot of a hill, "mons sachinus" (mountain small bag) a romantic forest.

The "little house" that will host you is Casetta Centrale, an old rural building renovated in an elegant and modern way in the center of Albarè di Costermano sul Garda, a stone's throw from Bardolino. This structure has been designed so as to be able to offer guests a relaxing stay within a historic complex.

Central house is divided over two floors, on the ground floor, once you enter you will find the kitchen on your left, equipped with all the essentials, after which immediately in front of you you will have the living room equipped with air conditioning, consisting of a splendid dining table dining room, two sofas and a TV. Going out into the garden through what was once the entrance to the stable you will find yourself in a lovely quiet corner equipped with a barbecue which can be used to have splendid barbecues with friends.

Returning to the house from the door overlooking the garden and looking to your right you will find the staircase that will take you to the first floor, once up you will find the bathroom equipped with all bathroom fixtures, a relaxing comfort area equipped with a chaise long which opens access to the first bedroom, consisting of a double bed, very spacious walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning. Leaving the room and turning to your left you will see the other two bedrooms. A double bedroom and another room with two single beds, also equipped with air conditioning.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of drinks, food or products are provided consumables that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm. For check-in after hours a contribution of 30.00 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
