The Residence Cason Degli Ulivi is a stately property used as a tourist residence located in a strategic position close to the Affi motorway exit, Lake Garda and Verona.

A historic residence recently renovated with care to make it a haven of peace and tranquility equipped with all the comforts to make a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

Rose is our apartment dedicated to couples: the ideal space to find your privacy, without giving up any comfort. In the main room, used as a bedroom and living room, the natural style furniture marries gently with the delicate shades of pink.
The Rose apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, living room and kitchenette . Overall, it is 30 square meters equipped with every comfort.

The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

Drinks, food and any consumables (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are not provided.

Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
