The Villa is only 500 meters away from the center of Castelletto, the Affi motorway exit 25 km.

The Marciaga golf course is just 15 km away and within a radius of 20 km there are 2 of the most popular paragliding take-off points in Europe.

Verona, with all its historical masterpieces is waiting for you just 30 km away and the wonderful Venice is 170 km away.

The Villa represents an ideal starting point to experience the lake at 360 degrees and practice all water sports, but also mountain bike trips, hiking and horse riding.

The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

Drinks,food and consumables products (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are not provided.

Check-in is from 16.00 pm to 20.00 pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.

Check-out is before 10:00 am.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
